Making a claim with First Title is easy and hassle free.

For Lender client claims, please call the Customer Service Team directly on 1300 362 178.

For Consumer client claims, simply contact us when you become aware of a potential claim. Contact our Customer Service Team as soon as possible (and prior to incurring any costs) by completing the Claim Form below.

You should retain and provide any documentation relevant to your claim together with the Claim Form, such as the Contract of Sale, relevant reports, Council orders or notices and certificates.

We will then assess and advise on the claim. Once we have decided to cover the claim, we will determine how to resolve the claim. A number of options may be considered and discussed and agreed with you.
