Please keep relevant claim documentation.

As well as a completed claim form, please submit documentation that’s relevant to your claim, which might, include the contract of sale, reports, council orders or notices and certificates.

Once we receive your claim and all required supporting documentation, a member of our claims management team will be in touch within ten days. We’ll do our utmost to resolve your claim promptly and efficiently.

  • Copy of Policy Schedule
  • Copy of any correspondence received relating to the claim (eg. For Home Owners GOLD If illegal building works, any corro from / with Council)
  • Copy of any other relevant information in support of the claim

We will contact your Conveyancing Professional for copies of the following documents, where relevant, (unless you have copies of these documents, in which case please attached them to this claim form):

  1. Copy of Contract for Sale of Land
  2. Copy of Requisitions on Title and Replies to Requisitions
  3. Copy of any Building Inspection Report
  4. Copy of any searches and enquiries including any survey carried out (should such records exist)
